At least 3-4 years experience as a development team leader exp with Enterprise Wide Application Exp with project management tools- MS-Projects, EPM etc ( Hands on experience with .NET, c#, XML, SOAP, Web Services, com, dcom, multi- tiers Previous experience in developing with c++\ java\ Delphi Relevant academic education Very process oriented English (written & spoken) high level.
