2+ years in a role with customer support responsibilities
Bachelor's degree
Extraordinary troubleshooting skills and diligence
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language will serve as an advantage.)
Strong networking and TCP/IP knowledge
Strong understanding of switches, routers, firewalls ,subnetting and load balancers
Knowledge of protocols: SMTP, IMAP, HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSH and other web security appliance
